The solution is not too complicated. 1. each immigrant must have a sponsoring employer 2. the employer and employee pay into a fund to help pay for the bad immigrants. the amount would be equal to the current social security contributiomn. 3. the immigrant could return home twice a year legally and pay a $250.00 re-entry fee. A coyote charges $3000.00 and would be put out of business. 4. We would take the dollars earmarked for Mexico and spend it on Mexicans that are here in the US first. After we pay for the social services at home, we send the balance to Mexico."
